Costing: Due to the very individualized nature of the serices we offer, all our charges are based on individual project assessment. Rates may be quoted on an hourly, daily, monthly or contract basis. Large projects in particular may be charged on a negotiated basis. This may be in terms of fixed cost, time and materials usage basis. We always aim to price our services as competitively as we can.

Guarantee Policy: Lenita guarantees full time employees for one hundred and twenty (120) days. If the employee hired through us voluntarily resigns without just cause, or is terminated for just cause within the said time we will replace the employee without any extra charges and if the scope of the duties has changed substantially or has been misrepresented to Lenita there will be no replacement. If the placement fee is not paid within Fifteen (15) days, the guarantee is null and void.

Temporary/Contract Employees: Lenita guarantee our temporary/contract employees for two days. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with Lenita’s temporary/contract employee and inform us before the end of the second working day, there will be NO CHARGE for that temporary employee.

Enforcement of Terms & Conditions: These terms are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the land, Bangalore Judiciary Only, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.

All disputes arising out of or relating of these terms shall be finally resolved by arbitration conducted in the English language in Bangalore judiciary only. The parties shall appoint as sole arbitrator a retired judge who presided the high court in Bangalore. The parties shall bear equally the cost of arbitration ( except that the prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in connection with the arbitration in such an amount as may be determined by the arbitrator). All decisions of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding this, application may be made to any court for a judicial acceptance of the award or order of enforcement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, our company shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, security, or other equitable remedies from any other court of competent jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the discretion and without notice, revise these terms at any time.
